Superhub 3 reverting to default SSID and Password when rebooted.

On a number of occasions in the past few months when I have rebooted my SH3 it has lost my SSID and password settings and reverted to the defaults. This morning it appears that there had been a problem overnight and this had happened without any action on my part.

It is a minor nuisance when it happens as a result of me rebooting, as I can reinstate the custom settings straight away. But potentially the spontaneous occurrence is a much greater issue if it happens when I am not at home and everyone else is left with no service.

Is this a known problem, and is there a solution I can apply myself?

I've had this once a year or so ago.

I also had this about a year ago, called them up and the answer was a pinhole reset, been OK since

I hate to sound like a broken record but the best way to resolve stupid, trivial and annoying problems like this is to get your own proper router.
