Downloading mobile phone games & stuff?

Hi all. Just bought the wife an unlocked LGViewty KU990i for her Virgin SIM card and have been playing about with it. It doesn't come with all the usual Virgin extra stuff a branded version would probably have offered so we're looking to enhance it a tad...

As usual, the online LG manual is pretty poor and we're wondering how to find and download some games and other cool stuff for it. There is a "shoot 'em up" action type game with flashy sounds/graphics but she's not into that sort of stuff and much prefers the simple retro style brainteaser and/or puzzle games people above 30 know and love - preferably free of course Having never done this before, we're wondering where to find this sort of thing and how you get them onto the phone without totally mucking it up it in the process... The phone didn't come with a USB cable so presumably we would have to connect to the web directly via the phone to do any of this. Any relevant tips and advice gratefully received but please keep it simple eh cos I'm getting on a bit and she's rubbish at stuff like this....

Re: Downloading mobile phone games & stuff?

Interesting thanks! Do I presume we just log onto that site via the phone, find the game and click the download button?? What happens next? Will the game just appear in the phone's games folder or will we need to select various options or alter settings etc.? Sorry to be dim but neither of us has accessed the web via a phone before so it's all a bit strange.....

Re: Downloading mobile phone games & stuff?

Yocu ould do that if you have the t'internet on ya phone or you could just buy a LG USB lead - probably the easier option..
