Question Two Phones

I am on BT until my XL & Phone are conected by Virgin 1st Sept.
The main phone is downstairs and the extension upstairs in bedroom.
How do Virgin go about fixing the extension will this entail more cost.

Re: Two Phones

It's £25 for a second second socket at install if they need to put one in

However depending on how it's wired into the BT line they might be able to reuse the existing socket for free
