Re: What have you just bought?
A battery for my daughter's phone.
The first one I bought from Slamtech (on play.com). It was swollen so I sent it back.
Since then they say they have sent out replacements FOUR times only for the them all to "disappear" in the post. A FIFTH was sent out "tracked" and that "disappeared" too.
Judging by their recent feedback, they are using the "lost in the post" excuse quite a bit recently. They are not answering emails now....BEWARE OF SLAMTECH!

Re: What have you just bought?
1000 thread Egyptian cotton and silk duvet, pillow cases and fitted sheet.
Got it home to find the duvet has what looks like a deep black stain on it. Looks like a soaked in black marker spot although i'm not sure exactly what it is. So it's going back for a replacement.

Re: What have you just bought?
An adjustable walking stick from Amazon, to help me get around after my forthcoming operation for a full left kneecap replacement. Not looking forward to it.

Hope it goes OK, a guy I used to work with has had both knees done - recons the best thing he's ever done. In his early 70's and the only male member of the Friday morning walking club - him and a dozen or so women - tells me he loves it!!
Cheers
