Upgrading Sky+ Hard Drive IDE or SATA ?

Hi,
I don't know whether to buy a SATA drive or an IDE drive to upgrade my sky+ box - does anyone know what I should buy ? Does it matter ?

IDE.

SATA won't fit I don't think (unless you get a SATA>IDE adaptor, which kinda defeats the object)

Damn - I just bought a drive off ebay, and it's SATA not IDE, but it didn't say which it was in the description.
