Re: Youtube Question
You could try the Brave browser that is quite good at blocking ads with nothing added. Chromium based too

Re: Youtube Question
uBlock origin is the best adblocker IME, Way superior to ABP.

Re: Youtube Question
For the past . . however many years . . I've been using the Palemoon browser, had no problems until a few months ago when it stopped blocking the Youtube ads . . apparently, although it's Firefox derived, it now doesn't support the adblockers that 'used' to work so well . .
so today I installed Vivaldi (similar to Brave I think) which blocks the damn lot with no questions. Bookmarks easily imported, Palemoon now on the back burner waiting for an uninstall

Re: Youtube Question
uBlock Origin is better. Adblock has a built in white list for sponsored (OK acceptable) ads.

So much for an ad blocking app.

I would definitely contest the use of the word "Best" in these types of conversations. In my experience Adguard it the "Best" adblocker I have used on both PC and mobile devices. I even paid for it hahahaha (although it was a wicked lifetime 9 device $15 deal on stacksocial)
It was also the first one I found worked 100% on All4 and ITVHub going undetected and as a desktop app works system wide
