A distinct possibility if they're crap at putting cars together for whatever reason.

Not sure it would be a good idea to rely on Prince Philip's likelihood of having an accident to keep things going either.

Land Rover have delivered a brand new vehicle today to Sandringham... Should have asked for a tank Challenger Mk II.

Not replacing the Defender in a timely manner when the previous model was discontinued hasn't helped the company. Add China, diesel situation, poor reliability and a sprinkling of Brexit and you have the company's issues in a nutshell.

I don't think they've had a good reputation since TATA took them over.
I believe the once loved Jaguar simply became a body shell on a Mondeo chassis. Once you lose that 'prestige' status, people who want quality buy elsewhere.

Tata turned the company around and ditched the X-type which was Mondeo-based but a great car. Quality has been an issue since BL days.

I stand corrected Andrew, X Type was Mondeo based when Ford owned them.
