Actually my cholesterol is under five and we tend to have a varied diet which includes plenty of fruit and salad so one balances out the other.

Mission deli wraps filled with Brunswick ham, mature cheddar cheese with spring onion, Italian baby leaf salad, tomatoes and hommous. Light but filling and reasonably healthy

It's not even 11am and I've already eaten 4 cubes of cadburys fruit and nut, 4 cubes of cadburys turkish delight, a mint mini roll, and some home made fudge.... on top of 2 toast with marmite!

Well l cannot believe you have eat that all so far as l had two cream crackers to have with my medication this morning but a sweet and sour chicken does await me this coming lunchtime followed by Rum and Raisen ice cream for sweet.

Roast Chicken and stuffing, steamed and roast potatoes and green beans, just about to carve chicken, then serve with my gravy just like mother used to make with meat juices, cornflour & gravy salt!
