Re: What are you eating now thread?
Just had for lunch some fresh Scallops. Pan fried them in a bit of butter, a hint of salt and peppar and then add a bit of Champagne.
Delicious!

Re: What are you eating now thread?
Just been to a local pub (New Inn @ Eccup) - had an amazing warm beef & gravy baguette (with extra beef & onion gravy on the side) and shared a ma-hoo-ssive bowl of chips, washed down by a pint of Theakstons.

Re: What are you eating now thread?
I cooked some pork belly on the braai last night. Nice meat from the local farm shop (bone in, rind off), some smoked spice mix and then cooked indirectly with mixed wood smoke (alder, mesquite and cherry). Add some sticky BBQ sauce for last 40 mins or so, then curried potatoes, creamed corn and nice glass of vino.
