Useless Virgin mobile

Same old, same old.

got 2 sims from them £5 month
150 mins, free calls to Virgin mobiles, unlimited texts.

start using them and get text saying no credit and everything's barred.

call them up and they can't find the accounts that the sims are on.
say they'll put 500 mins, 500 texts, and 500mb internet on for now till next week.
(get texts to confirm all that)

start using them again, and get texts again saying calls are barred.

absolutely useless Virgin are.

Re: Useless Virgin mobile

Sorted their mess out again.
got texts to confirm they've pulled their finger out.

now calls are suspended again.

I know they're too busy dealing with their plumbing, wedding and breakdown recovery side of their business. and mobile network isn't what they really do.

but you'd think they'd have a bit of a clue.

I believe it is a .
Let's say Gary is feeling somewhat jaded by the Kafkaesque attitude of VM to his mobile phone situation..

Re: Useless Virgin mobile

I woke up this morning to find all my services on my mobile had been suspended as I'd gone over my credit limit.

Which is quite clever as I am supposed to be on a tariff with unlimited everything, when I called in they told me it was because the new tariff 'hadn't taken' and I'd been charged for everything in the last month.

They did fix it (I hope) and credited it all back, but this isn't the first time and if it hadn't taken why did both my online and the app told me I was on the unlimited tariff.
