Buffalo or water buffalo. We can get the latter at our farmers market both meat and burgers. Interesting if they actually have buffalo - not had that for years. Elephant is tasty too, but that would draw too many complaints!

I just checked the pack and it says Buffalo everywhere except right at the bottom on the back where it's Scottish Water Buffalo.
So not actual Bison burgers.

Never had that yet but we have tried quite a few different meats including many exotic varieties.
