Thumbs down Packet Loss, High Latency

Hi

Confirmed via multiple ethernet connected devices on network including SamKnows box.

1) What is the best way to get this fixed (what's the best method to get through first line/gate keepers in order to speak to someone with knowledge and power to resolved)?

2) Those who have experienced this, was it every fully resolved? If so, how?

3) Does anyone know the root cause?

Re: Packet Loss, High Latency

I can get it fixed if I can identify a fault, but nothing immediately stands out. There are no outages or utilisation problems showing in your area. Can you provide some diagnostics that show the fault?

ps. Welcome to the forum!

I've written an application that might help you diagnose,

https://www.pingnoo.com

It's nowhere near finished, but I have used it to discover a Cloudflare fault. It's overdue a new binary release, but I want to finish up a few little bits that are not working in the UI at the moment.
