It depends where you look. Some sites say season 4 and some say "season 3 is resuming" so I looked it up on imdb. The previous seasons had 13 eps in them and 13 eps have aired for season 3 thus far so I am assumed the next episode airing is season 4.
I have been updating the list and interestingly came across this when looking up Supergirl:

I wonder if they will ever take the hint and dump the PC preaching and get on with good superhero stories.

Probably not.
In the case of Supergirl, its finishing anyway.
In the case of Batwoman, only Alice still keeps me watching at all.
I cant see me lasting much longer with it (it losing viewers even more than Supergirl).

According to Dean Devlin it is Season 4. Debate closed I think.
