Cancelling Contract

My contract at the mo is £2.58 a month (I don't you it very often) I am trying to cancel it cos in April the bill is going up to £7 a month... I am NOT going to put up with that !

I have tried yesterday and today to cancel it but the operator is not very helpful.

is there a easier way to cancel ? can I just cancel my DD. ?

Thanks for the advice.

Dont just cancel the DD you will cause all sorts of problems for yourself.

I assume you are still in contract?

To be honest £2.58 is a give away.

Re: Cancelling Contract

The only way to cancel is over the phone and give 30 days, or ask for the PAC and use that before your 30 days is up.

Re: Cancelling Contract

Don't you have to pay an exit fee if still in contract?

Re: Cancelling Contract

If it is a 30 day rolling contract then just cancel.

Yes as reported in the news it is going up alot for lots of people but my point being £7 is still not a high price for what you're getting.
