Cold roast beef left over from Sunday with pickles and potato wedges. Wedges made from Maris Pipers with olive oil, red and black pepper and runny honey. Yummy

Just had an egg in a bun - squish the the bottom of the bun, break the egg into it, a bit of salt and pepper, pierce the yolk and then into to microwave for a minute. Am not up to eating much today but: yum
A tip for students on the go
(A "bun" to me might be a roll or cob or batch)

Grilled Lamb steaks with a Greek Yogurt and Mint dressing served with Spring-greens and Cashew Nuts pan fried with lashings of Wasabi and Tomato pastes.
