Skinny* 1/4lb beef burgers chargrilled in the griddle pan and served in toasted brioche rolls with mayo, Red's BBQ sauce and lettuce. Oven chips with ketchup and home made coleslaw.
*3% fat and only 139 calories.

I've just pinched one of the wifes homemade buns from the cake tin.
Not sure what it is . . looks to be a cross between a scone, one of those butterfly bun things, and a donut.
She probably started it as yorkshire pudding but some pages were stuck together in the cook book
