Do Virgin offer a call barring service?
I have the call bar service from SKY which allows me to choose 10 numbers I don't want to receive calls from. It's a facility I value greatly.
Do Virgin offer a similar service? SKY charge £3.35 per month for the service.

It is free on my telephone. Seems standard on most Pansonic's.
Just add the number you don't want to receive calls from - the phone cuts them off as soon as they call.
