Was at my wedding rehearsal, and dropped my phone screen all smashed, but still works, phoned to get it replaced since it's insured but virgin asking for £70 to replace it, the phone costs £70 - 80 brand new, what is the point in this insurance.

There is no point in insurance, you should probably have read up before paying for it.

The insurance came with the phone, wont be paying £70 as the phone is absolute rubbish, have a spare lumia 520 will just use that.
