I was in the same situation about 4 months ago.
Solicitors are often rubbish chasing you when they need something and useless when you need info from them.
However once you are in your house, got all your furniture up, and settled in, you'l realise it is one of the best things you've done.
Enjoy your new house.

A new Samsung telly that is buggered already (3days old) volume control does not work properly ,picture adjustment does not work at all and neither does the manual controls on the tv itself work ,bloody annoying
