Last Action Hero - good fun film, with Arnie taking the mickey out himself and his films; whoda thunk Arnie would understand post-modern deconstruction of films and stereotypes presented within them?

The Number 23. Finally got to see the end of the film - I really enjoyed it, I'm not usually into suspense - nor Jim Carey films, but he's not being a goofball in this took me a coupla wikisearches to realise where I recognised the lead actress from though (Candyman)! 9/10

Not one of his best, but still very enjoyable.
I like how the T2 poster had Stallone instead of Arnie, lol.
Robert "T1000" Patrick is also in it briefly.
Lots of nice little in-jokes & references.

Adrift (showing on Sky Premier) 6 out of 10 - not a bad movie although the manner in which they got back onto the yacht was like "wtf didn't they think about that right in the beginning"
One film I have never seen is the Deer Hunter. Is this really the classic people make it out to be? I don't know whether to watch it or not.

It is a classic, it's just very sad when Bambi's mother gets killed

The Simpsons Movie - 9/10
Never really been a big fan of the Simpsons mainly because I've never really bothered to watch it so begrudgingly took the lad to see it on the cinema. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised at how cleverly funny it was.... the woman washing a basket of cats in the lake really cracked me up, lol
