VM really need to sort out what's available for current customers.

Their systems are so (seemingly) inflexible, that you have to take two boxes to have the oomph bundle, even if you've only got one TV.

200mb broadband, TV plus Sky Sports HD, and weekend phoneline and they wouldn't give a comparable deal anywhere close to the new customer deal.

If you have any sort of discount on your package My VM can't show you any sort of 'deal'.

Though the deals in My VM are all just upgrades at full cost, and sometimes even more so as the billing can get quite b0rked. One day the law will change to make it so you can downgrade/cancel online, not just via the telephone, but until then you have to play the retentions game.

Not even that in my case. Less tv channels (legacy package) same bb same phone. 26 pounds approx to setup . And 6.50p extra per month !!
