For those who haven't read your other thread about your modem (which is nothing to do with why your service isn't too good) you probably need to frame the question a bit better, and perhaps say what you're looking for. I read your other thread and this question makes absolutely no sense at all.

Are you wanting to know which ISP gives the best gaming performance?

I don't think any ISP has the best modem as however good the modem is, it depends on the quality of line it is connected to, the broadband speed the user has, the number of people on the street sharing services, etc.

If all that is put aside, I'd say it would be one of the newer modems with the latest docsis, firware, etc, but it all depends on whether the network provider is using these features.

To be honest i have no idea what i was talking about there either so yea lets go with who has best gaming performance.
