Home made Bolognaise sauce from the freezer stock (pork and beef) Farfalle pasta (bows). Parmesan Reggiano and some chopped curly parsley.

Started a diet last Wednesday ,i was 18 stone couldn't believe how much weight i had gained ,7 days later i am now 17 1/4 stone, just had my lunchtime veggie stew.
