I think this happens in a lot of industries. Most people not involved in an industry seldom know just how much effort goes into things. I work in software development and I've grown to hate the term "lazy developers".

Indeed. I knew you were a business customer, but didn't know what service you had.

Anyway, the ticket is marked as fully restored now, so if you still have problems, report them as a new fault.
