Re: 200mb upload speed
Mine seems to have come back online just before 3pm today.
I started having this issue when i rebooted my HUB3 for the 20Mb uplift.
I have a broadband monitor setup on my internet connection at another property i have and that seems to be working perfectly fine.

Only thing that makes any sense if you didnt change anything your end is someone blocked ICMP at a router / switch serving certain areas for some reason

Also it is possible the Hub3 is randomly deciding it needs to block the pings for some reason, maybe its something in the VM firmware, that is what i keep getting when i google this issue as others also see it from time to time.

I never got it on the trial and just started getting it so maybe it is still present on .610?

There were various different trials around the same period, so maybe you were on the trial that it didn't affect.

Re: 200mb upload speed
As far as I know, you still have to disable the hub firewall, otherwise the TBB Quality Monitor shows random blocks of red. This issue has not been
resolved in the firmware I have.
Hope this helps.

I suspect it must be related to the .610 firmware as i have never had the issue before on other firmware, and i currently have only ever had 2 blocks of red in the last few months.
VM are so ridiculously slow fixing firmware issues they still haven't fixed the upstream decimal point being in the wrong place!

Re: 200mb upload speed
.610 here too, and it has always needed the firewall to be turned off for TBBQM, as did the previous firmware version.

I only have the top option enabled on the Firewall and it works.

Re: 200mb upload speed
I had the same issue on my Hub3 until I one day happened across the non-VM branded GUI - Which sported a few more options...
I remember quite clearly that changing the previously hidden value fixed it (so that must be 'Port Detection')?
Can't check now, as I'm in modem mode...
