Credit at end of contract?

I'm currently on o2 pay monthly but thinking of switching.

When your contract term is up if you agree to a new contract o2 give you a credit to either cover the cost of a new phone or offset your charges if you stick to your existing one.

Do Virgin do that too, and how much are we talking about?

Thanks

Re: Credit at end of contract?

If you recontract you get to pick any offers that are available at the time as far as I'm aware

There isn't any reduction of you keep your existing phone, however you could go for a SIMO tariff instead which would may be better value

Re: Credit at end of contract?

Thanks Ben.

That's a bit stingy then, even with the discount you get for being an existing customer

I may have to get my negotiation phone voice on

To be fair to VM some of there mobile phone offers for existing TV or BB customers are going to be hard to beat anywhere else.
