Bandwith Monitor

Any Chance someone can recommend a good free bandwidth monitor for windows which will allow me to limit or view the amount of bandwidth i can or have used within a set amount of time say a week or a month.

I used to use and bought DU Meter but its not been updated in ages and randomly crashes here, there and everywhere.
