Yeah, substitutions drive me crazy. A lot of the time you wanted that specific thing and not a rival product. No? No Daily Mail? Yeah is Milka Instead. We don't have Crunchy Nut Cornflakes so here are some normal Cornflakes, same thing right?

you can say if you want a sub or not on the order. I do quite well out of subs. I do not read the emails with the recipes then just call em and say bad sub and get it free hahaha

l only tick substitutions for specific items knowing that it will be replaced by something very similar.

Maybe because "Highways England Traffic Officers" aren't Police Officers, but civilian employees of the Highways Agency?
