Question Limited or No Connectivity

Hey

I am having a few problems getting a few hard wired devices connecting to my home network. I have a Dlink-615 provided by Virgin Media. I have a wireless network set up with a few laptops and mobile phones. I then have a Windows 7 PC hard wired to the router which works perfectly every time. The problem I have refers to 2 devices connected with Home plugs -- two different brands, one is a Devlo and the other is an Ebuyer branded one. They have both worked together for years without any problems but recently they have both started showing Limited or No Connectivity when connecting to the Internet. The only way I can get them to work is by switching the router and homeplugs off over night, but even then the connection is often slow or intermittent.

At first I thought the issue was to do with the homeplugs, however while they have no internet connection, when I click onto view Workgroups, I am able to see the Windows 7 Hard wired PC straight away, which makes me think the home plugs are okay.

I have tried replacing all the cables, releasing and renewing the IP addresses as well as a DNS flush but still no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks
Luke

Have you tried pinging it or the router?
