I've completely lost Internet at home. Resorting to pairing the iPhone and using 3G at the moment.

issues in notts as well, unable to get on certain sites, slow internet, VOD not working, unable to ring them up etc. My dad also having same issue and he lives 10 mins away from me. It must be a big issue. Any ideas of course?

Apparently (not sure where the quote is from, presumably their NOC)..
"Virgin seeing high temperature alarms in their Poplar site. Kit has been rebooted but only 3 of 4 elements have recovered. An engineer will be attending site to check out environmentals and to try to restore fully. Next update from Virgin should be at approx 18.30"
The concept of rebooting machines because your aircon wasn't working raised an eyebrow or three..
