'How' could also mean inclusive/discounted in an existing package or as a separate package

I find it strange that BT won't let Sky resell it but they would let another company.

Ps by making bt sports available as an iPad app you can clearly see that they want the sale directly.

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
They're 'competing' with Sky more though with their sports offering that much is clear, Virgin don't have their own sports channel. Virgin don't work in that way so they would never allow direct sale of channels from content providers and I'm sure Sky wouldn't if they could

I thought Bt were competing more with Virgin for Broadband, hence offering the sport free

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
True, but infinity isn't yet available in as many areas as VM so if people have the choice between ADSL and cable then BT are gonna find it difficult to get them to switch even with free sport offerings at least if they offer subscription for VM TV customers, they have more money coming in from people in that situation

True
it wholly depends on BT's endgame. Every customer they can get to switch to BT Infinity, is extra revenue to compensate for free BT sport
I guess it also depends on what is better profit for them, and how hard they want to compete

Re: ESPN, BT, Euro, Premier and Sky Sports news
BT's website is still very clear about how VM customers can get BT Sport

Don't believe everything you read because like all adverts its very much a one way slant.

BT Infinity now covers more homes than VM do and their fibre footprint is growing all the time.

You get that when I say it covers more homes that I mean availability not number of connected fibre customers right ?
BT Infinity now covers in excess of 15 million homes
