I think you need to be clearer on what your requirements are compared to what you think you are being offered. For starters, how would you use it? We are not mind readers!

Re: New offer
It's up to you, but be aware that you will lose most of the kids channels if you move from Mix to Maxit.
https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-t...-channel-guide
Maybe ask if they'd throw in the Kids pack in exchange for an 18 month contract?

Trying hard see the upside for me as I have all the TV I need .just hate to turn down a bargain!!!!

Re: New offer
You would get many more channels on Maxit (including the Discovery, Nat Geo & BT Sport ones, and loads of HD). But if they aren't things you want, perhaps it's better to wait and see what other offers are made.

You have just summed up what my head is telling me. Happy with out the channels you mentioned. Guess BB would not be that noticeable and as I only have 43" uhd tv and a 23" hd with 70 year old eyes I don't often see thethe difference tried Dr who on iPlayer for uhd guess it's different but I failed to see it

Re: New offer
You wont generally see a difference in UHD unless its on a big screen (at least 50"+) and the content is proper UHD, not something scaled up.
