Frozen cabs were also stripped.
I like to keep things well stocked as you never know what is around the corner. They had someone on the radio lunchtime complaining they only had 3 days food in the house. WTF.
We probably have enough for 4 months.

Re: Coronavirus
One thing I did notice in the store was the food donation box had nothing in it. Normally has quite a lot of stuff.

You've got 4 months worth, did you put anything in the box? Is this a wind up?

Err no. No disrespect to them but most most supermarket work is unskilled or low skilled, many of them work variable hours that can be increased and additional casual labour can easily be procured. Especially as other sectors of the economy are now making large numbers of people redundant. Supermarket staff are not key workers.
NHS staff on the other hand are with only relatively few exceptions skilled, highly skilled or professionally qualified and their absence at a time like this will not lengthen food queues, it will put lives at direct mortal risk.
There is no comparison here whatsoever.

Any links, otherwise this is just scaremongering.
Apache helicopters are used for close-air support ground-attack roles - unless there has been a zombie outbreak in Glasgow (I know, how could you tell?), it’s unlikely they would be deployed on mainland U.K..

I'm sure I heard Supermarket delivery drivers will be classed as key workers, and on some news sites supermarket workers will be too.

So does this mean that in some areas of the economy key staff are being laid off and those unskilled/low skilled are being reilied upon to keep the nation fed?
