Re: Flying Stars Screensaver
Even LCD screens are susceptible to imprinting if the static image is there long enough.

Most people just have the monitor go to sleep after 30mins, saves on electricity too.

Re: Flying Stars Screensaver
That original screen saver is likely to be a 16bit application and is unlikely to run on anything after XP. Unless somebody has ported it.

If they looked at system requirements it runs on ARM architecture

It also runs on Windows 10 but won't start automatically so basically it is useless.
OS Xbox One, Windows 10 version 10240.0 or higher
Architecture ARM, x64, x86

Classic Stars Screensaver
Screensaver app that simulates a starfield on your screen. Small white pixels act as stars and grow larger as they appear to move towards you, as though you are flying through space. You can change number of stars and warp speed.
The app will not start on its own like classic screen savers.

Re: Flying Stars Screensaver
I use the Microsoft screensaver option and just use images of my own choice..Maybe the OP can work something out that way?
