Re: Major connection issues! 6/6/06

Hi, given the problems at the moment I was quite surprised I was able to register
Seriously though it would be really nice if NTL sorted this out properly and took some measures to stop it happening again rather than just sticking a plaster on it.
Last time this happened was less than a couple of weeks ago, right?
I'm sure if the CEO's limo kept breaking down this often the problem would be fixed rather more effectively...

Don`t forget, You have a choice, if you don`t like the service provided, **** off somewhere else and stop climbing on our tits and making a pain in the **** of yourselves.
Most of the people on here who complain about NTL`s service have not bothered to set up their PC`s or Modems or Routers properly and then blame the service provider for shoddy service.
silly comment considering everyone knows it's an NTL fault.

Re: Major connection issues! 6/6/06

here in swindon its gone T**ts up yet again. Just when you need it most NTL goes down.

I have been with NTL for many years and I am getting pretty fed up with the current reliability of the service. I am loath to change but is there an ISP more reliable or are they all the same? £25 per month for 2Mb of questionable reliability is starting to make me think about changing and getting a BT line installed - will this be jumping out of the proverbial frying pan or should I just be patient and allow NTL to sort themselves out?
