Re: Speed test 4th result?
I find speed tests very inaccurate and always check my speed using another method.

3rd 512K took 438 ms = 1169 KB/sec, approx 9633 Kbps, 9.41 Mbps
4th 512K took 1172 ms = 436.9 KB/sec, approx 3600 Kbps, 3.52 Mbps

I'm subscribed to Newshosting and i use Bandwidth Monitor Pro which gives me a perfect indication of what speed i'm getting.
I always max out with Newshosting with a smooth line on BMP.

Re: Speed test 4th result?
I was told a couple of weeks ago that the speed tests you find now are really only for links up to 1meg and anything over that gives you a false reading.
http://www.mirror.ac.uk/mirror/ftp.f...2/i386/iso-cd/
try down loading one of the files, the transfer rate will give you the best speed test.
