Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
King's making quite a habit of that. When he was at Gillingham, before we signed him, he was in jail for 18 months (and only served 5) for having a stolen car...

Your not wrong, he had 13 previous offences taken into consideration
In 2003 he was convicted of two counts of common assault after chasing two women through the streets of Soho with a belt and buckle wrapped round his right fist.
Three years later he was fined for threatening behaviour after slapping a woman and spitting at her when the police arrived
King told her: “You’re not even in my league, love, I’m a multimillionaire.”
You might be a millionaire but you have no class, one of the worst aspects of football today is that players of such limited ability earn so much money, still he isn't going to be earning anything for a while and given his previous he can count himself lucky not to be serving longer.

Good
Striker Marlon King will miss out on £2.7m in wages after his sacking by Wigan in the aftermath of his 18-month jail sentence for sexual assault.

I wish they would get charged with contempt of court!

it's about time these sort of people start getting loinger sentences. he is already going to appeal and so by the time that is heard he will do less than half the sentence when clearly this sort of behaviour is part of his character

Re: Football : Season 2009/2010
Having read of his previous convictions and the lenient sentances imposed for them, its no wonder that King thought if could get away with such vile behaviour time and time again. Maybe a tougher sentance back in the day would have had a different outcome to where he is now.

We're teach that cocky upstart Keane his place. Fancy saying Spurs and Arsenal are matched on teams! No. They are not. Spurs are doing much better than previous years, and yes have a strong team, Spurs do not a better team that Arsenal though.
Maybe Keane should concentrate on scoring for his team than worrying about others.
Anyway.
COME ON ARSENAL.

3 - 0 will do nicely! Let's hope the other results go our way in a bit.
