Re: Virgin Media Changelog

When did VM add the yellow button shortcut for the timeshift channels to the EPG?

I only noticed it a few days ago. Was pleasantly surprised, as I can never remember the +1 channel numbers.

It has been a hidden feature for quite some time. It wasn't as smoothly implemented to change channel as the Press Blue for HD, so they haven't put the prompt on-screen until now. Thanks for the heads-up.

This probably explains why my box rebooted overnight, a software update maybe that implements this.

Re: Virgin Media Changelog

MTV Classic (316) has been renamed MTV 80s and is sporting the classic MTV onscreen logo

It is also using the old idents between ad breaks

No, it most certainly didn't. However, I do believe that as a self-defined aggregator of content, Virgin should have left it on there for those that want it on a subscription only basis.

Unless, of course, Virgin define their valued top end customers as those seeking only quality content!

Hoping that Disney + will be replacing Hayu soon, but still my boat will not be rocking as my kids are adults now!!

There are many adults who will enjoy watching the Disney + content just as much as their children do..

Re: Virgin Media Changelog

Anyone know if the V6 has had a upgrade to change its minimum supported HDCP version in the last 6 months? An old HDMI splitter that I occasionally use has stopped working. Last used it around October/November time.
