Individual home made fish pies in ceramic dishes with parsnip and potato topping. Steamed leeks, broccoli and carrots. Good cheese sauce.

Planning a Cypriot style BBQ for bank holiday so looked up recipe for Greek style pita which is much nicer than the flat cardboard type you get in supermarkets or most kebab shops. If we had a local supplier I could go there but my son fancies baking them.
These tend to be fluffier so absorb some of the meat juices and sauces but still hold together.
