Ah ... good, they decided to kick him out after all.

Yeah, I dont think they quite fit the bill.

Not quite, Paul. He has another court hearing to go. They may still kick him out, all for a damn vaccine. I have no view for the man himself, I just donít agree with mandated vaccines to be able to do something, especially with a vaccine that doesnít stop you getting Covid-19, or stop it being passed on.

Never agreed with it. But itís rarely ever done any way.

So he does, I missed that.

[Djokovic's lawyers will appeal.]
At an emergency late-night court hearing shortly after the decision was announced on Friday, Judge Anthony Kelly ruled that Djokovic cannot be deported while the appeal proceedings are happening. An appeal hearing is expected on Sunday.
Seems like the whole argument about one person having the power is a little off, since it can go back to court. What happens if the appeal wins ?

So if we're clear - judges stopping people being deported from the UK is bad while judges stopping people (eastern European economic migrants of all people) is good?

I have. I nearly got barred from France for not having a smallpox vaccine. I had to get a letter from the GP to say I was exempt.

But some would say that was just France punishing us for joining the EEC

The appeal fails. Unanimous decision of the Court.
