Re: Email domain
Your primary email address of whoever@blueyonder.co.uk cannot be deleted but you can delete any unused or unwanted @blueyonder.co.uk addresses and then add up to 9 @virginmedia.com email addresses just by logging into MyVirginmedia with your Primary email address and then go down the left hand side to where it says Manage Household Accounts..

You can't! It's the same for NTLworld.com & Virgin.net addresses, you can now only have new virginmedia.com addresses.

If you do not already have the addresses then it is now to late as per jingleman's post, you can only have @virginmedia.com ones.

If you have any problems logging in because you have forgotten your details just give support a call and they will advise you of the correct settings.

Re: Email domain
So far its proven to be a useless system.
It tells me almost every address I try and create is already taken - and quite frankly I find that impossible to believe.
For others it just says "that mailbox name is not available" no explanation, wtf ?

Re: Email domain
If you have the same on blueyonder or ntlworld and is not your primary by/ntl email address you have to delete that first but then I'm not sure you can reuse it. I'm aware that other domains such as BT, Yahoo, etc., will not allow reuse for 120 days due to security/fraud issues.

You cannot reuse a Virginmedia address for 90 days.
