I just turned 750g of Scotch Bonnet chillies into 83g of fine powder. There was some left in the mill after the job, so I wiped my finger around it and had a taste.
AAAGGHH! Too much!

I only enjoy it in very small amounts. The merest scraping (from the tip of a knife) on buttered toast is perfect, anything more I find too much.
Shortly I'll be eating lots of Chinese food as we're going out for a meal.

Yep. Bit of a squeeze as it's about the size of most microwaves. Lined the tray with foil for the roasties on the lowest shelf and put the shanks on the shelf above.
Usually use it when it's just pasties, pizzas or pies that need heating up as it uses much less power than the normal built in one and heats up quicker.
