A few months back I had loads of problems with NTL mail. Rang support 4 times, filled in the Broadband Medic but still kept getting unable to connect to server. Then I discovered on another forum to get an update for my Netgear router. Worked a treat.
But today, wait for it..........
NTL rang me to ask if my problem had been resolved.
Bit late but hey.....they did ring me.
