Wirless attachment ?

I have a Linksys cable router connected to a desktop PC (in same room) and a Laptop (in another room), is there any attachment I can plug into the router to enable the Laptop to work wirelessly (it is wireless enabled) and then do away with cable running from room to room ?

Re: Wirless attachment ?

On the bottom left of the laptop, there's a switch. Turn it on. That turns wireless on, all you need to do then is set it up to the router.

So does that mean I can still use the desktop with the cable attached and the Laptop will work wirelessly ? also if thats the case how easy is it to alter the router to do both ?

You can do both at the same time. Have you found the switch?

You need a wireless router to go wireless.
