Oh don't worry weenie. I can run and duck a lot faster than dilli can take aim.
Hey just had a thought, is there a chance that this enforced bed rest will allow you to get cast free dilli? If so you may not need a bed pan for too long.

as it happens because Of the excess fluid I am cast free and had a shower with Natalie's help

Glad to see things are improving dilli. Sometimes life really does suck. Why is it always the decent people who get screwed over in life?

Sadly we hope that life runs smoothly Mark but sadly life can have its harsh moments sometimes and that's when many need the support of their family and friends to pull them through those moments.

And family and friends are so very important, so many people are supporting me it's quite humbling. But it does make me feel guilty for putting people out.
Anyway tonight was a much better night, look at the time - 5am, means I managed a fair bit of sleep.
So thank you all and I promise to try and post my ups and downs less, i know it's boring for many but it helps as I see CF as a major part of my life and really do like most people in here
