Aldi hd ross satellite system

Hello,
I am new to this site and to satellite systems. I bought the above on a whim to try and learn about satellite systems. I have followed Dishpointer.com and have a Digital Satellite Finder. I think that I have done everything correctly to get UK FTA channels however, I get a good 57 on the finder but next to zero on the TV.

What should I do other than calling in a professional?
