Re: What have you just bought?

Wife has now decided she doesn't like dogs. He is a lovely animal but yesterday he nearly pulled our daughter over (she's not tiny) and is so much work. We have to keep him tied to something in different rooms just to prepare food and eat.

It's a pain on finances and us and the dog. I'd have rather not started but daughter has wanted a dog for 10 years so when bunnies died wife said we could have dog. The Trust pressured a bit with a limit of 7 days to make our minds on this dog who was and mostly is good on the lead and around people but it's our choice in the end.

I know it seems like we are a bit fickle but the background of dogs and daughter is too complex to discuss here and the dog really doesn't fit very well to our house.

Re: What have you just bought?

1Kg of UK rump steak (5 steaks) from Lidl this morning for £9.99. They always do decent steaks.

Spider man for PS4. Haven't played a single player game for quite a while but this looks fun.

Talking of Spider-Man Kabaal, I bought a spider spray to try and keep spiders out the house, not sure if it will be any use,

Western Digital Black 6Tb drive with 5 year warranty for our daughter. £225 direct from the manufacturer saving a few quid.

We've tried 2 types. Horse chestnut and Peppermint. Sprayed around window and door frames. No screams from the missus, so they must work.

In our experience the sprays don't work and i am waiting for the missus to scream saying there is a large spider walking along the skirting board as she can hear it!!!

Re: What have you just bought?

I saw a 2" spider scurrying across the floor in the bathroom this morning. Doesn't bother me but I won't tell the OH.
