Mushroom bake. Too many mushrooms in the fridge so I looked up this dish in a cookbook. Uses onion, smoked bacon, mushrooms and sour cream with a breadcrumb and cheese grilled topping. Stuffed olives and parsley garnish. Really very nice.

*Some of the slow roasted lamb shoulder I did on New Year's day and froze down for later use.
