Reports: Talk TV may close or merge with GB News

Make you own mind up on which one you trust:

A) The "I" newspaper is reporting:

Talk’s owners News UK have made an audacious approach to buy GB News.

*GB News has rejected approaches from Rebekah Brooks, News UK CEO.
*I Sources suggested “conversations” had taken place between TalkTV & GB News owners but no formal bid on table yet.

B) Talk TV may close

There's a finite number of swivel eyed loons. Market saturation.

Re: Reports: Talk TV may close or merge with GB News

Just to update this thread, Murdoch is looking to take talktv online only and rebrand it as The Sun TV.

So, whether it be a merger with GB News or a Sun rebranding, looks like talktv is in its death throes, especially since Piers Morgan left last week.
