Debt Relief Order

Hi

I have virgin media broadband tv and landline phone. I am in touch with StepChange Debt Charity and because I have now lost my DLA benefit I can no longer afford it. So I am going to phone virgin media and ask them to send me final bill which is going on DRO, and for them to disconnect my services.

I am half way through a Virgin Mobile contract would I be able to keep this if I didn't tell them or would Virgin Media cancel and send bill for mobile, don't know how much if they would want higher bill for cancelling. If that is the case then I would need to know so it can go on Debt Relief Order rather than getting DRO and them wanting payment after DRO as then it cannot be put on that order.

Thanks

Re: Debt Relief Order

Hi

Thank you. I think I will tell mobile as well because if they say no then I can put it on debt relief order. Will sort pay as you go out first.
